Foshan Nanhai Kang Yuan Capsule Technology Co., Ltd. was established after the restructuring of the Sino-foreign joint venture Nanhai Kang Yuan Capsule Technology Co. The company is dedicated to the manufacture of all soft capsule dosage forms for health food, cosmetics, entertainment products and pharmaceuticals, providing health food enterprises with a total product solution that combines soft and hard, control and integration. At the same time, its core technology is also successfully applied to the cosmetics and entertainment products industries.
The factory was built in 1994, located in the beautiful scenery of the hometown of peach blossoms - Songgang Town, Nanhai District, Foshan City, Guangdong Province, adjacent to the Southland Peach Garden Leisure Resort. It occupies 13,000㎡, including 7,000㎡ of factory land, and has a double purification production workshop with 6 original soft capsule automatic lines and an annual output of 2 billion capsules.

In 2017, Mr. Lu established Foshan Jinhongbo Biotech Co., Ltd

- June 6, 2016: obtained food production license (health food)
- 2016: cosmetic two certificates in one, obtained cosmetic production license
- October 28, 2016: Mr. Lu Zhihai wholly acquired Kang Yuan, and the nature of the company was converted from a Sino-foreign joint venture to a legal entity sole proprietorship.

In 2017, Mr. Lu established Foshan Jinhongbo Biotechnology Co., Ltd. to focus on developing the production of soft capsule cosmetics, insisting on the characteristic OEM and ODM cooperation model, plus the business model of self-developed brands going hand in hand, which makes the company move forward steadily.
Before purchasing the factory, Mr. Lu Zhihai was already the CEO of Foshan Nanhai Shang Hui Trading Co. As a regional agent, Mr. Lu flexibly applied the business management model of large enterprises and successfully integrated them into the management system of these two companies. After purchasing the plant, Mr. Lu decisively cut off all past suppliers and customers of KangYuan that were not regulated, and suspended KangYuan's business of health food and paintball.
KangYuan has been responsible for the manufacturing of health food and offshore nutritional supplements since June 2018. After hardware and software repair, upstream, midstream and downstream supply chain renewal and management team restructuring, Kang Yuan will officially restart the production of health food and overseas nutritional supplements from October 2021.

At present, Kang Yuan has already reached deep cooperation with many domestic and foreign health food and nutritional supplement companies.

2017 to 2021: Kang Yuan factory renovation and upgrade

August 15, 2019 Obtained HACCP system certification, from raw and auxiliary materials, to the process, to the finished product, the whole process to identify potential bio-physical-chemical hazards, to develop corrective and preventive measures in advance, to ensure a high level of product quality.
April 2020 to date KangYuan has reached a deep partnership with ODM, NBTY, and Pacifica Origins Group in the U.S. The stable product quality has been recognized by many companies.
